He started his career at the age of 18 on a construction site as an installer for the installation of building structures. The young specialist took a very responsible approach to his work, fulfilling his official duties with diligence at a high professional level. Dmitry Nikolaevich always has carefully reasoned proposals aimed at the most effective implementation of the projects and programs he has developed. This helped him climb the career ladder quite quickly, going through the path of a foreman, a work producer, and a chief engineer. At the same time, he managed to combine work with study. Dmitry Nikolaevich joined the Union of Construction Companies of the Urals and Siberia (hereinafter referred to as SSK UrSib) with a wealth of practical experience. During his time at construction sites, Dmitry Nikolaevich has already collaborated with SSK UrSib, willingly participated in the implementation of new projects within the framework of the SSK UrSib standard "Organization of construction production", applied requirements to activities in the organization of construction production, and exchanged best practices.

One of Dmitry Nikolaevich's significant projects as Deputy Director of the Department of Regulatory Regulation and Control at SSK UrSib is the introduction of executive documentation management for construction production. In his opinion, the transition to digital construction is expected to reduce the cost of building facilities by up to 20% in 5 years. And reducing the time from decision-making to commissioning by up to 30%.
