Background

Director and expert in the field of pricing and estimated rationing in construction. My professional career in the industry has been 29 years.

With a basic education, he is an engineer specializing in "Industrial and Civil Engineering", then deepened his expertise in cost engineering: he received a master's degree in pricing and underwent professional retraining in the examination and development of cost estimates.

In practice, I regularly solve problems to justify estimated positions in controversial situations: when the inspectors insist on a different pricing, and the actual conditions require additional operations to be taken into account. Among other things, I am working on the application of coefficients, the correct accounting of adjustments, the volume of work and the composition of operations that are not directly reflected in the prices.

In addition to practical work, I have training in the field of pedagogy and teach in the system of additional professional education.
