Andrey Yashanov

A design engineer and BIM expert with 18 years of experience in the design and digital transformation of the construction industry.

He worked his way up from a design engineer to a BIM manager and technical director: PSS Gritek, APEX, GENPRO. He has been implementing BIM technologies for more than 15 years, created large-scale transformations and adjustments of production behavior, and formed design standards for companies of various scales.

At Genpro, he leads the digital and organizational transformation: he has developed unified team regulations, modernized the IT infrastructure, built a CDE environment and a project management system. In recent years, he has been focusing on the introduction of artificial intelligence tools into the design practice of a general designer, from automating routine tasks to integrating AI into BIM processes.

Long-term winner of the Autodesk BIM Leader program (2017-2024), twice winner and five-time finalist of the "BIM Technologies" competition, winner of the A.G. Nebolsin International Prize for Professional Education. Certified instructor at Autodesk and SOFiSTiK.
