Andrey Marachuk is CEO of CleverHome, a Russian BMS platform for digitalization of residential complexes.
For more than ten years, he led an engineering company that built and operated over 500,000 m2 of residential real estate. It was the experience of operation, not just construction, that formed the basis of CleverHome.
The platform makes the behavior of the home's engineering infrastructure predictable for the developer, integrators, management company, and residents.
Under his leadership, CleverHome implements projects in class A residential complexes, among them the 1919 residential complex, a winner of the Hi—Tech Building Awards in the PRO INSTALL nomination, and the SHEPILEVSKY residential complex.
CleverHome is responsible for the product concept and platform development strategy. He works with developers at the design stage: he forms the concept of digitalization of a specific residential complex — from operational scenarios to the engineering architecture of the facility.
