Background
An archaeologist, a journalist. Since 2022 — Director of the Museum of the History of Yekaterinburg. His interests include the early history of the Urals, the industrial heritage of Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region.
Participant and curator of a number of projects, including those supported by the Presidential Grants Foundation and the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation. Co-initiator of the project to create Yekaterinburg's first open-air museum of archeology and historical reconstructions, "Istoki Iseti," designed to represent who the first metallurgists were in the paleometallic era. Initiator and curator of a research program for the identification, study and registration of objects of the old industrial heritage of Yekaterinburg and the Middle Urals.
As a member of the Yekaterinburg History Museum, he participated in projects to create the creative cluster "L52"; an exhibition project on the history of Sverdlovsk and Yekaterinburg in the XX-early XX century. "Science" in the big city; educational project for schoolchildren and youth "Yekaterinburg Studies". He is the author and initiator of a number of projects: the family Club of historical reconstruction, the "Gastronomic Theater" — an immersive tour-performance about the history of Ural cuisine and everyday life in Yekaterinburg in the 19th century, etc.
