Daria Shorina is an architect, advisor to the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and head of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Urban Environment Development Institute, established in 2018 to provide expert support to the Government and integrated urban environment development. The Institute has entered the top 15 best architectural teams in the CIS, and its model has served as an example for creating similar competence centers in other regions of the Russian Federation.
