Background
My path to architecture began in 1998 at TSASU, where, after receiving my diploma, I combined teaching at the department with postgraduate studies. She gained practical experience in leading Tomsk companies: she designed facilities at JSC TPS and supervised projects in the city administration in the urban development department. A key milestone was the leadership of the design department at JSC Tomlesstroy, where I headed the organizing committee of the International Competition for Architectural Projects of a multifunctional complex in Tomsk, which brought together more than 150 innovative concepts from participants from 10 countries around the world.
An important continuation of his career was his work as the chief project architect at Sibtekhproekt LLC (2010-2014). This managerial experience allowed me to establish my own workshop, Bureau Seminoy, in 2015. Over the years of practice, projects under my leadership have won community recognition, including Autodesk Innovation Awards and a Silver Diploma from the Golden Capital Review Competition. The Bronze Diploma of the prestigious "Architecture in Siberia 2025" festival, won by our entire close-knit bureau team, became a special pride.
I am convinced that good architecture is born at the junction of creativity and precise engineering calculation. My main manifesto is "Economic efficiency can be beautiful." Every decision of our bureau is based on the formula: "Creativity + Empathy + Professionalism = Efficiency." We prove that architecture is not just an aesthetic, but a working business tool.
