Maksim Antyushin

Maxim Antyushin is a digital and organizational project manager with 14 years of experience in IT, telecom, e–commerce and construction.

He worked in the project office of digitalization of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region: organized projects for executive authorities, participated in the survey and restructuring of business processes, preparation of roadmaps and project documentation, setting requirements, acceptance tests, contractor management and maintenance of information systems. One of the major directions is the digital transformation of state and land property management on the Single Digital GOSTECH platform, including unified registers, control of non–tax income, accruals, claims work, provision of services to citizens and electronic document management.

Currently– he is the Executive Director of Roadmap LLC. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the calendar and network planning system for investment and construction projects, the integration of design, contractual and financial data, as well as the use of AI to build dependencies between works and analyze schedules.

He has experience in managing large operating systems: he deployed a network of more than 50 facilities in seven cities, led teams of up to 700 people, was involved in process regulation, KPIs and reducing operational losses. Advisor to the Director of the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Management, a branch of the RANEPA on digital transformation, lecturer on the use of AI in management work at the HSE Business School.
