Sergei Murzilin

Background

My path to the profession began with admission to the specialty "Industrial and Civil Engineering" at the Military Technical University under the Special Construction of Russia. After graduation, he worked on the line for several years: he started as a foreman, was also the head of the site and a quality control engineer in the technical supervision service. After his discharge from the army, he changed several organizations, including gaining experience in the civil service in the State Construction Supervision Inspectorate. Since 2019, I have been heading the Department of Instrumental Control of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Rosstroycontrol.
