Background
Civil engineer and lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Graduate of MGSU and MFUA
He worked his way up from a construction control engineer at residential and social facilities to managing major construction projects at the regional and federal levels.
Since 2021, he has worked at the FAA "FTS", where he has been involved in the development and updating of codes of practice, national standards, coordination of research and development, interaction with federal authorities and industry associations.
Since March 2026, he has been Director of the Project office for increasing the human resources potential of the construction industry of the Russian Ministry of Construction (FAA "RosKapStroy"). He is responsible for the coordination of personnel training, the development of educational programs and the implementation of an industry-specific program to increase labor productivity.
