Olesya Soldatenko

Background

Architect and urban planner with experience in design, cadastral, gas industry and development. She graduated from the Novosibirsk State Academy of Architecture and Art and the Moscow Architectural School (MARSH), and continues her studies in Urban Planning at the MARHI. In his professional activity, he combines competencies in project management and the formation of effective teams. She has implemented a number of projects, including starting processes from scratch — from concept to practical implementation. Since March 2024, he has been working at ENKO as Director of the Customer's department, where he is responsible for the strategic development of projects and the organization of interaction at all stages of construction.
