He has been working in the real estate market for over 29 years, and is a recognized expert in commercial real estate, geomarketing, and integrated territorial development.

Since 2010, he has been on the list of the most influential people in the CRE 100 market, the longest among consulting leaders.

He graduated from MAI, received a second higher education in economics and management, took CCIM courses and studied at Skolkovo. Specializes in projects of integrated development of territories, shopping malls, residential, hotel and infrastructural real estate. Under his leadership, innovative analytical products have been created: forecasting turnover using the gravity model, "white spots", and cluster analysis.
