Background

I work as a researcher at the Institute of Biomedical Chemistry (IBMH). Bachelor's degree in Biology and Master's degree in Bioengineering and Bioinformatics (MIPT).
His research interests include multiomics, clinical proteomics, and genetics. I am engaged in the processing and integration of omix data: genome-wide sequencing (mapping, variant collation, annotation of variants), proteomics, transcriptomics. I develop and optimize bioinformatic pipelines. I use machine learning methods to search for biomarkers and analyze individual aging trajectories. I participate in grant projects and scientific conferences, and I am the author of scientific publications. The goal is to translate fundamental omix data into clinically relevant solutions for personalized medicine.
