Andrey Bolgov

Background

Bolgov Andrey Nikolaevich, born on June 1, 1978, higher education, RII AltGTU named after I.I.Polzunov, specialty — civil engineer. After graduating from the AltSTU Institute, he entered the graduate school of the National Research Institute of Economics in 2001. In 2005, by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission, Bolgov A.N. was awarded the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.

In 2020, he was appointed head of the NIIZHB laboratory.

While working at NIIZHB, he participated in Russian and international conferences on the subject of NIIZHB, took advanced training courses, provided scientific and technical assistance in the construction of facilities with a high level of responsibility.

He received the title of Honorary builder of Russia.
