Background
Kristina Yakovenko is the co—founder and product specialist of the Khrustalny development group (Irkutsk) and the concept bureau of the same name. She has been working in rural development since 2009: she has worked her way up from sales manager to Product Development Director.
Under her leadership, ten settlements of her own were created, about 300 thousand m2 were built and sold, 95% of the facilities are spent before commissioning. The flagship is the Crystal Park microdistrict near Irkutsk: 100 hectares of integrated development, seven blocks in different architecture, 130 thousand m2, 3,000+ residents, a school under construction. The project began as a reconstruction of someone else's construction site, stuck in debt.
The second area is consulting and the creation of concepts for suburban projects for developers in other regions, from the Leningrad Region to Sakhalin. In Ufa, she repackaged 55 hectares of the residential housing project into a blockaded building, tripling it, and helped bring the company to project financing under 214-FZ with the first loan agreement of 400 million rubles. She led the creation of concepts for more than 15 suburban projects for developers from different regions of the Russian Federation.
