Background

I am the co-founder of the Khrustalny concept bureau, and the development group of the same name and the federal network of cottage settlements. For more than 16 years now, I have been working with suburban projects. As a product specialist, I create cottage settlement concepts for my own projects and for the customers of our concept bureau. In addition to creating cottage settlements, I am also the creator of the Khrustalny Expo real estate exhibition and the Eco-fest festival, the product designer of the Mamai 365 resort concept and the editor-in-chief of the Khrustalny suburban life magazine.In 2022, my team and I founded the School of Suburban Development, where I not only teach and mentor, but also conduct offline urban tours and workshops on creating cottage settlements.
