Background
Yulia graduated from the Volgograd Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2001. She started her career as an engineer at "Volgogragrazhdanproekt", consistently progressing from a design engineer to the Chief Engineer of the project.
Over the years of her work in Volgograd, she has implemented a large GDS facility with a capacity of 540 thousand m3/hour, completed planning projects for districts of the Volgograd Region, the Republic of Ingushetia and a number of cities, as well as more than 500 boiler house projects for residential and industrial facilities.
"In 2012"she moved to Yekaterinburg, where she worked at the company "Tebodin Eastern Europe" and became the Head of the engineering department of "Bilfinger Tebodin Rus". She has implemented major industrial projects for Danon, Rockwool, Holcim, Hochland, Mars, Miratorg and others.
In 2022, she became a shareholder and CEO of "InUan Bureau". Under her leadership, the "Pokrovsky" shopping center for UMMC, the Ufaleysky Zinc Plant for RMK, and the reconstruction of the CZP treatment facilities for UMMC were implemented.
Since 2026, he has been the Director of Design at the ITEM design workshop.
