He has more than 25 years of work experience in companies:

He joined the Metropolis team in 2012 as the Chief Specialist of the Design Solutions Department. Since 2018, he has been the chief project designer.

Fedor has extensive experience in the development of project documentation at all stages of design, leadership of project teams, implementation of author supervision and protection of projects in the bodies of expertise.

In parallel with his project work, he actively participates in the development of the professional community, being an expert and a member of the jury of the Student League "Architecture, Design, Construction and Housing and Communal Services" of the International Engineering CASE-IN Championship and other case championships, and also acts as a mentor for young professionals.
