She joined the APEX Design Bureau among the key architects

since its foundation, having worked his way up from the chief architect of the project to

partner and chief architect of the company. Responsible for this role 


for the formation of the architectural policy of the bureau, the quality of design

solutions and development of the author's approach at all stages – 


from concept to implementation.


Under the leadership of Elena, the bureau implements projects of various 


typology and scale — from residential complexes to public and business 


and infrastructure facilities. Her professional focus is creating

economics and scenarios of future operation.


Among the projects with her participation, the highest residential

European skyscraper "Aurus residence", modern business center "Polye",
