Xenia Shilkova

She graduated from the Stroganov Russian State University of Art and Industry and the MARSH Moscow School of Architecture.

In IND since 2019. She became one of the first architects to join the team for the creation of master plans of cities. Her projects have successfully participated and won in Russian and international competitions. Ksenia has been working on a master plan for Derbent, which has now been partially implemented. In 2021, the master plan of the Sakhalin Ecopolis, which was developed by Ksenia, was recognized as the winner of the international competition for the creation of the first carbon-neutral city in Russia. Recently, it was announced the launch of the Ecopolis, which will last until 2035.

Her portfolio includes master plans for the cities of Almetyevsk, Yakutsk, Yuzhno–Sakhalinsk, Korsakov, Nazarovo, as well as projects for the integrated development of the Novy Sheregesh resort area (Kuzbass), the revitalization of the Oleniy Nature Park in the Lipetsk Region (first place in an international competition), the development of an industrial center in Canada, and tourism industrial zones in Uzbekistan and a new residential area in Kazakhstan.

Ksenia regularly speaks at leading industry forums in Russia and abroad. He is the author of a training course on master planning on the online educational platform STEMS.
