Background

Architect, founder of the Workshop of Open Architecture (MOA).

He started his professional career in Rostov-on-Don. After graduating from the Rostov Architectural Institute, he worked at the Moscow bureau A.K. Centerproekt under the leadership of Viktor Churilov, Vice-President of the Union of Architects of Russia, where he participated in the creation of public and multifunctional facilities in Russia and the CIS countries as part of the design team.
In 2011, he moved to Sochi and founded the Workshop of Open Architecture. He has been working in the field of architecture and urban planning for more than 20 years. Together with his team, which now has 100+ full-time employees, he specializes in hotel, sanatorium and public facilities, integrated development of territories, as well as projects in conditions of difficult terrain and high seismicity.

He is the author of the urban planning concept "Two rivers — one Sea", which formed the basis for the transformation of the central part of Sochi.
One of the most famous realized projects is the Vereshchaginskaya Cottage in the historical center of Sochi, where the workshop acted as both an architect and a developer. Today, the headquarters of the MOA is located here.
Currently, the workshop conducts several large hotel projects at once, including Polyana Peak, Izvestia sanatorium and other facilities at various stages of implementation.
