Lily Epaneshnikova (Samer)

Architect, founder of the Lily Samer Studio.

She studied at OCAD University (Toronto) and the University of Dundee (Scotland). She has worked in Japan, Scotland, and the United Arab Emirates. I have been in the profession for 12 years.

After international practice, she focused on the Russian market: the studio specializes in the design of common areas of residential complexes. Our clients include the largest Russian developers, including the LSR Group. Currently in operation: the construction of the Neva Art residential complex, 2nd stage (St. Petersburg) and the Ilmensky residential complex (Moscow).

Professional interest: the gap between the international practice of designing public spaces and how these approaches work (and do not work) in Russian conditions: regulations, budgets, and coordination processes.
