Sergei Makhmutov

I have been building my entire career in the IT field. He received a specialized education at Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radio Electronics at the Faculty of Computing Systems. Then he worked as a service engineer for 4 years, configuring and maintaining 1C programs at the First Bit company. After that, he was engaged in technical support for Rostelecom customers, and in 2020 he got a job at Dispatcher 24.

I have come a long way to Dispatcher 24 — from the position of an employee of the implementation department, I have grown to the head of the product line. Currently, he specializes in the development of smart home services, integrations with billing and other useful systems.

Under Sergey's leadership, major integrations with Ujin and MTS have been successfully launched — these are video doorbells, cameras and ACS that can be controlled directly from the resident's application. The project portfolio also includes unusual integrations, such as postamate management, remote camera parking search, and a service for fast programming of residents' physical key cards.
