Daria Babaeva

Daria Babayeva is a specialist in the field of information modeling (BIM) and digital transformation in construction with more than 8 years of experience. She graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU) with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Construction Production Technology. She completed advanced training at ITMO University under the program "Project Development and management using BIM", as well as training in data analytics at Karpov.Courses.

She started her career at the Design Institute No. 1 as a junior BIM coordinator, where she rose to become a BIM manager. She coordinated information models, developed BIM processes, and implemented digital tools. At Alean Development Systems, she participated in the implementation of BIM approaches and the development of methods for estimating the cost of information models.

Since 2023, he has been working at the SM Arkitekter architectural bureau: first as a leading BIM manager, and since 2024 as the head of the information modeling department. Under her leadership, the company's BIM standards are being developed, automation tools and project data analytics are being implemented.

Since 2026, he has been the head of the Digital transformation office, responsible for the development of digital strategy, the introduction of data management technologies and the integration of BIM approaches into key business processes of the company.
