Background
Vyacheslav Priymak is a top manager with many years of experience in the field of development, marketing and mortgage lending. Since 2025, he has held the position of Vice President for Marketing and Sales of the Etalon Group— one of the largest developers in Russia.
His area of responsibility includes the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy, sales management, as well as the development of customer services and sales channels.
Prior to joining the Etalon Group, he led the mortgage development department at Ingrad Group of Companies, where he was responsible for building and scaling mortgage sales tools.
He has a higher military education and a diploma from the RANEPA in Finance and Credit.
