Background
Higher education, graduated from Vologda State Technical University in 1999 with a degree in Finance and Credit.
From 1993 to 2007, she worked in the financial sector in the Vologda Region Control and Audit Department and in the Vologda Region Finance Department. Since 2007, she has been appointed Deputy Head of the Vologda Oblast Department of Construction, Energy, Housing and Communal Services.
