Anton Agapov

Anton Agapov holds the position of Deputy General Director of the YES apartment hotel chain. He has been working at the company since 2016, having worked his way up from a rental manager to senior positions. In 2020, he initiated and led the development of the YES franchise apartment hotel chain. He has long-term management experience in the field of investment real estate. His responsibilities include ensuring the competitiveness of facilities, as well as monitoring the implementation of new projects at all stages – from design and construction to sales and operational management.

Under his leadership, the YES network is expanding its geographical presence, currently at the design and construction stage there are 9 facilities in the largest cities of Russia.: St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Blagoveshchensk, Vladivostok, as well as an international project in Baku (Azerbaijan).

Anton Agapov is a recognized opinion leader in the hotel business and investment market. His strategic vision and deep expertise in operational management allow him not only to effectively develop the company, but also make him one of the key growth drivers of the industry as a whole. Anton Agapov is a member of leading professional associations: the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers (RGUD) and the Russian Union of Travel Industry (PCT). He also regularly acts as a guest speaker and lecturer at the Russian State University of Tourism and Service (RGUTIS).
