Maria Scriabin

Background

Maria Scriabina is the founder and head of the architectural bureau "Base 14" (Yakutsk). She is a graduate of the Northeastern Federal University named after M. K. Ammosov.

He has been working in the architectural field for more than 18 years, including 11 years at the largest design institute in the region, Yakutproekt.

In 2015, she founded her own office, bringing together a team of young architects.

Maria is the winner of the Grand Prix of the architectural festival "DV Architecture - 2023", is included in the list of "100 Most Creative Russia" (2022). Bureau "Base 14" is a multiple winner of the federal competition "Small Towns and Historical Settlements". Maria is also a speaker at major industry events such as ArchMoscow and others.

He is the developer of the master plan for quarter No. 68 in Yakutsk, pre-design solutions for a full-cycle multifunctional film pavilion and a number of large local creative clusters. Actively develops cooperation with local communities, believes in the talent and potential of Yakut architects.
