Since 2022, he has been heading the architectural unit at IBS Expertise: he has formed a department, organized a distributed team, introduced motivation, certification and training practices, makes key decisions on AR, conducts projects for PIK, Aeroplane and Rusal, Lingonberry, managing interdisciplinary coordination to reduce overwork, approvals and budget risks.
Previously, he worked at Metropolis, participated in the implementation of non-standard public facilities (Choreographic Academy and Opera and Ballet Theater in Sevastopol; reconstruction of the Primorskaya Hotel in Sochi), including the adaptation of international concepts to Russian standards.
At Semrén & Månsson, he was responsible for the release stages PD and RD and urban planning concepts of neighborhoods.
