Background
Graduated from the Faculty of "Urban Planning" of the National Research University Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MISI named after Kuibyshev). Main areas of scientific activity: search research, development of innovative urban planning projects, concepts, methods, forecasting of processes of motorization, research of mobility of the population (on the basis of carrying out transportation and sociological surveys in Russian cities), etc. Participates in the development of the author transport sections of the general development plans of Moscow and other cities of the Russian Federation. He is the author and developer of the transport sections of the regulatory and technical documents of the federal, regional and at the local level.
