SOLOVYOV Dmitry Valerievich is a Candidate of Technical Sciences, Head of the Laboratory of large–span Metal Structures, Standardization and Certification of the Department of Metal Structures of the Central Scientific Research Institute of Building Structures named after V.A. Kucherenko of the Stroitelstvo Research Center Joint‑Stock Company, a highly qualified specialist in the field of design and research of steel structures for construction.

In previous years, he took an active direct part in the implementation of a number of significant and technically complex projects, including the development of design and scientific and technical documentation for a number of facilities of important national importance: led the development of design documentation for the construction of a stadium with 35,000 seats in Kaliningrad; participated in scientific and technical support for the construction of the stadium on 45,000 spectator seats in Rostov‑on‑Don and reconstruction of the BSA Luzhniki in Moscow, which were being built for the 2018 FIFA World Cup; participated in scientific and technical support for the design and construction of the Park Zone facility on the territory of Zaryadye in Moscow.
