Amir worked in the design bureau Realproekt, and in the Tsytsin architectural workshop. In 2008, he founded the architectural studio IND Architects in Moscow. The studio's portfolio includes over 90 projects of residential and commercial buildings and interiors. Among the studio's clients are Sistema, MTS, Leader Invest, SIBUR Holding, Sberbank, Alfa Bank, VTB, Raiffeisenbank, Volga-Dnepr Group, Koldi, MR Group, SC Johnson, Incanto Fashion Group, Ingrad, O1 Properties, Lamoda, L’Oréal, Playrix, Space 1, Simple, Uniqlo, Hyundai, PASHABank.
Over the past two years, the studio has won the competition for the development of architectural solutions for the recreational infrastructure of the Druzhba Park in Gyumri (Armenia), as well as in international competitions for the creation of the concept of an immersive theater in Shuanglong Lane Immersive Theater in China and the concept of the Xingfu village Pan-Museum in Sichuan Province in China.
