The round table is devoted to practical issues of the application of the contract estimate mechanism (Order Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation No. 841/pr) in the execution of state and municipal contracts in construction.
- As part of an open expert dialogue , representatives of the executive authorities of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, the general contractor and the expert community will discuss the balance of rights and obligations of the customer and contractor in terms of a fixed contract price. The focus is on improving cooperation with state financial control authorities, harmonizing the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and standard contract terms (Government Decree No. 1066) when changing production technologies , the procedure for registration and transfer of unfinished structural elements upon termination of contracts, as well as ways to reduce excessive document flow during acceptance of completed volumes.
