In the section, we will look at how AI and digital products are already working in development: they help to design
territories, check the layout, monitor the construction site and manage the house after delivery using the example of real SberBank facilities. Participants will learn how products work from the inside, what kind of economy they provide, and how to start implementing them tomorrow.:
- AI for the massing of 449 hectares with a deviation from the TEP of only ± 2% and automatic calculation of insolation;
- The digital pipeline of apartment redevelopment: options, metrics, checking norms, wet zones and load-bearing walls, a 3D model at the exit;
- Own construction control and software for activation: savings of 29 million rubles per year, KC-2 routes, comments on each work;
- Finisher robots at the construction site: 2-3 people instead of a team of 8-12;
- Digital double after delivery: sales by window views, analysis of residents' requests and quick response to incidents.
