Leadership in the creation of national-level hotel facilities: the standard of quality and innovation

Head of the Architectural Bureau,

External constraints create an impulse for the development of internal potential, something that was previously unknown and unnoticed. The invaluable potential for the development of the territories of the Russian Federation for the internal and external tourist flow has become a driver of development and the key to preserving life for many small towns and settlements.

The initiative to participate in the development of tourism infrastructure is visible from all levels, from enterprising residents to advanced architectural firms and major corporations.

Today, there is a tendency to create multifunctional complexes that combine various types of recreation and entertainment, as well as to integrate recreational facilities into the natural environment. There is also a growing interest in creating inclusive spaces accessible to all categories of the population.

However, the design and construction of recreational facilities involves a number of difficulties, including issues of financing, choosing the optimal location, taking into account the features of the landscape and climate, as well as ensuring the safety and comfort of visitors. How can architecture contribute to the "victory" over stress and fatigue, creating comfortable and inspiring places to relax?

Questions for discussion:

  • Versatility and flexibility of recreational facilities
  • Integration with the natural environment and consideration of regional peculiarities and cultural context
  • Inclusiveness and accessibility for all consumer groups
  • Impressions and emotions: objects that attract tourists themselves
  • Technologies and innovations in the creation of recreation infrastructure
  • Economic efficiency and profitability
