Micromobility, represented by various means of individual mobility (SIM), such as electric scooters, bicycles and monowheels, is rapidly changing the face of Russian cities. Providing a convenient and eco-friendly alternative to traditional short-distance transportation, SIM helps to reduce traffic jams, improve the environmental situation and increase the mobility of the population. However, the uncontrolled growth in the popularity of SIM cards and the lack of clear rules for their use create serious problems, including a high rate of accidents, conflicts with pedestrians, chaotic parking and vandalism. Integration The integration of micromobility into the urban transport system requires an integrated approach that takes into account the interests of all road users, as well as issues of safety, infrastructure and legal regulation. At this session, we will discuss the most pressing issues related to the development of micromobility in Russia and try to find solutions. There are existing problems to ensure the harmonious coexistence of SIM and other modes of transport in urban space.
