The Central Scientific Research and Design Experimental Institute of Industrial Buildings and Structures was founded in 1961.

The main activity is the integrated architectural and construction design of facilities for various purposes, including an increased level of responsibility (unique), engineering surveys of buildings and structures, the technical condition of building structures and engineering systems.

An important place is occupied by the development of regulatory, technical and methodological documents in the field of design and construction of industrial, public and residential buildings and structures.

The Institute employs highly qualified specialists, including doctors and candidates of sciences. The Institute's staff includes laureates of the Russian Government's Prize in science and technology, Honored builders and scientists of the Russian Federation, honorary architects and builders of the Russian Federation.
