SIC Construction

JSC SIC Stroitelstvo is the main scientific center of the Russian construction industry. The company traces its history back to 1927. The mission of JSC SIC Stroitelstvo is to lead in the invention, development and implementation of innovative building materials and technologies to ensure the safety and comfort of the human environment.

For 96 years, the research center has been involved in scientific and technical support for the design and construction of several thousand facilities built in the Russian Federation and abroad, including unique and technically complex ones.

The structure of the Scientific Research Center "Construction" includes: the Central Scientific Research Institute of Building Structures named after V.A. Kucherenko, the Scientific Research, Design and Technological Institute of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete named after A.A. Gvozdev, the Scientific Research, Design and Survey and Design and Technological Institute of Foundations and Underground Structures named after N.M. Gersevanova, Directorate of Scientific and Technical Projects and Expertise, Directorate of Special Projects, Certification Center for Building Materials and Products and Training Center.

For several decades, the institutes of SIC Stroitelstvo have been the main developers of industry-specific regulatory and technical documentation.
