The Association of Self–regulatory Organizations is an all-Russian non-governmental non-profit organization - the all-Russian intersectoral association of employers "National Association of Self-regulatory Organizations based on membership of Persons performing Engineering Surveys and self-regulatory organizations based on membership of persons preparing project documentation."

The National Association of Prospectors and Designers was established on November 25, 2014 by the decision of the Constituent All-Russian Congress held in Moscow. The NOPRIZ includes 171 design SROs and 47 SROs performing engineering surveys, which operate on the territory of all subjects of the Russian Federation.

The President of the National Association of Prospectors and Designers is People's Architect of Russia, Academician Mikhail Posokhin.
