Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation

Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Construction of Russia) — the federal executive authority established by decree of the President of the Russian Federation on November 1, 2013 through the transformation of the Federal Agency for Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

Functions of the Ministry:

• on the development and implementation of state policy and legal regulation in the field of construction, architecture, urban planning and housing and communal services;
• for the provision of public services, management of state property in the field of construction, urban planning and housing and communal services;
• to coordinate the activities of the Federal Fund for Assistance to the Development of Housing Construction, the State Corporation for Assistance to Housing and Communal Services Reform and the Olimpstroy State Corporation, the Main Directorate of State Expertise.
