Federal Center for Construction Control

The Federal Budget institution "Federal Center for Investment Program Support" was transformed in May 2019 from a non-core unit for the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation - the Central Scientific and Technical Library for Construction and Architecture. These events were held as soon as possible under the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Construction and a team of professionals who have experience working at the largest construction sites in the country: the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, the 2019 Universiade in Krasnoyarsk, defense facilities, including the Arctic zone.

The main activities, namely construction control and library activities, are carried out within the framework of government assignments.
The priorities in our work are the safety of construction sites, the reliability and efficient use of funds allocated from the state budget, as well as the provision of modern high-quality services for library, bibliographic, scientific and technical activities.
