FAA "FTS"

The Federal Autonomous Institution "Federal Center for Standardization, Standardization and Technical Conformity Assessment in Construction" (FAA FCC) was established in 1996 in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
FAA FTS is the basic organization that ensures the activities of the secretariat of the Interstate Scientific and Technical Commission for Standardization, Technical Standardization and Conformity Assessment in Construction in terms of organizing the development and examination of interstate regulatory documents on design and construction, the building materials industry and the construction industry, the preparation of conclusions on them, their coordination and adoption in the member states of the Commonwealth Independent States.
As part of its core activities, the Federal Center for Standardization, Standardization and Technical Conformity Assessment in Construction provides the work of the secretariat of the Technical Committee for Standardization TC 465 "Construction" in the development and examination of national standards in construction, the building materials industry and the construction industry, and the preparation of conclusions on them.
