Life on high

The National Association of Housing Developers provided information about high-rise apartment buildings under construction in the country's regions. The list includes houses with a height of 28 floors.

To date, there are 22 residential complexes in nine Russian cities at various stages of construction, including 41 houses with heights from 28 to 58 floors.

Moscow and the Moscow region occupy the leading positions in the construction of high–rise housing - 9 projects. Three residential complexes are under construction in Yekaterinburg (from 28 to 37 floors) and three in Novosibirsk (28-30 floors).

Two residential complexes are being built in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region (28 floors). And one more in Voronezh, Samara, Surgut, Nizhny Novgorod and Krasnoyarsk.

The deadline for the commissioning of all projects is announced in the period from 2015 to 2020. The National Association of Housing Developers also reports that 455 houses with 25 floors are currently being built in major cities of the country.
