The All-Russian Engineering and Architecture Award 100+ Awards is accepting applications

Applications for participation in the second All-Russian Engineering and Architecture Award 100+ Awards are being accepted from March 1 to May 31, 2022. For the first time, the award, created as part of the International Construction Forum and the TechnoBuild 100+ Exhibition, was held in 2021 and gathered 156 applications from the largest companies in the country. Among the winners were the tallest building in Russia, the Lakhta Center, the only Norman Foster bureau facility in the country, the headquarters of the Russian Copper Company, the Vostochny port from the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company, and others.

The 100+ Awards were created to recognize specialists and creative teams who have made a significant contribution to the development of architectural and construction science, design, and development of capital construction facilities in Russia. It has become a kind of Russian engineering Oscar.

The jury members include the most renowned and recognized experts from all over the world. Last year, these were Juliette Jiang, Senior Vice President of the BROAD Group, Sergey Choban, head of the architectural bureau MATCH, Anatoly Ladaev, Chief Designer of the Capital Group, Frank Heinlein, Director of Communications at Werner Sobek, and others. There are more than a hundred experts in total.

The 2022 nominations:

1. The best architectural solution:

•         residential building;
•         a unique non-residential building.

2. The best engineering solution for the construction site.

3. The best constructive solution:

•          residential building;
•          a unique non-residential building.

4. The best green building facility.

5. The best BIM model of the building.

6. The best solution to create a comfortable urban environment.

7. The best innovative development:

•          materials;
•          technologies;
•          An IT solution.

8. Best interior design:

•          public space;
•          the apartment is up to 50 sq. m.;
•          the apartment has an area of 50 to 100 sq. m.;
•          the apartment has an area of 100 sq. m.

After the applications are accepted, they will be selected for compliance with the requirements. Then they will be submitted to the expert council, which will draw up shortlists. The award ceremony will take place in October 2022 at the 100+ TechnoBuild in the IEC Yekaterinburg-Expo.
