The VI International Conference "Development of the Institute of Construction Expertise" was held at 100+ TechnoBuild

The VI International Conference "Development of the Institute of Construction Expertise" was held at the site of the largest construction forum and exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild in Yekaterinburg, attended by representatives of construction complexes from Russia, the republics of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Armenia and the Kyrgyz Republic.

Opening the conference on behalf of the Russian Ministry of Construction, Deputy Minister Sergey Muzychenko stressed that in order for the expertise of the CIS member states to continue to ensure the creation of a safe and reliable infrastructure for the well-being of all citizens and society in modern conditions, it is important to coordinate quickly, adapt and meet new requirements.

The department believes that the results of today's work will be a logical continuation of professional discussions and the foundation for making new systemic decisions. This includes improving national institutes of state expertise, legal mechanisms for standard design, developing a pricing system and improving the level of construction management.

"The future of expertise lies in engineering, expert support of construction processes, and evaluation of the effectiveness of solutions. The most important thing that can be done today to achieve this in our countries is to share international experience with each other," Sergey Muzychenko is convinced.

In accordance with this policy, Glavgosexpertiza continues to work on strengthening international professional relations. The tasks outlined at the International Conference in previous years are being discussed and worked out continuously.

"Over the past few years, we have all interacted and actively cooperated: joint round tables on digitalization, pricing, and housing construction have been held. The Ministry of Construction of Russia, representatives of other ministries, committees and departments of Russia and the CIS countries participated in them. The interaction is on a broad front. And practice has shown that such brainstorming sessions are useful: we get first-hand information, understand the general situation and, thanks to this, form the current agenda of the conference from issues that really require joint development of construction complexes in the CIS countries," said Igor Manylov, head of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia.

For the first time, an international conference was held not in Moscow, but on an external site - in Yekaterinburg, which, according to the mayor of the city Alexey Orlov, who participated in the opening of the event, brought 100+ TechnoBuild to a new level and further strengthened its international status. "As the head of Yekaterinburg, it is a great honor for me to welcome our foreign guests from the CIS countries among the participants," said Alexey Orlov.

Discussing the effectiveness of joint work, representatives of the foreign delegations participating in the conference agreed that they are witnessing the real results of this format of interaction: the exchange of knowledge and experience gives a tangible boost to development, stimulates moving forward and implementing the most ambitious ideas. Despite the differences in the regulatory frameworks of the Commonwealth countries, there is a huge potential for the development of interstate documents on the basic principles and mechanisms for organizing the work of expert bodies, and many opportunities for adopting the best practices not only in the field of expertise, but also in the construction industry as a whole. Obviously, we need to stick together.

During the three thematic sessions of the conference, the participants discussed the most pressing issues of concern to each of the expertise of the Commonwealth countries.: current tasks and priorities for the development of modern construction expertise, digital technologies and increasing human resources in construction.
