Leading Russian engineers will give a master class on engineering systems of high-rise buildings

On September 24, master classes from well-known Russian specialists in engineering equipment for high-rise buildings will be held as part of the 100+ Forum Russia.

Experts will talk about the features of heat supply, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and fire protection systems.

One of the authors of the master classes is Alexander Kolubkov– Vice President of NP AVOK, a certified expert in building engineering systems, a specialist with 40 years of experience, whose portfolio includes work on projects for residential complexes Triumph Palace, Scarlet Sails, Vorobyovy Gory in Moscow, and others objects.

The second expert is Sergey Nikitin, Head of the Department of Chief Specialists of the Don-Stroy Operation Service, member of the Presidium of NP AVOK. The company in which the specialist works is one of the ten largest developers in Moscow and is engaged in the construction of business-class residential complexes.

During its activity, the company has built more than 30 residential complexes with an area of about 2.5 million square meters, including the Triumph Palace Moscow high-rise, which was the tallest residential building in Europe until 2007, and the Scarlet Sails residential complex on the banks of the Moskva River.

Boris Kolchev, Deputy Head of the Department of Fire Resistance of Building Structures and Engineering Equipment of Buildings of the Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIIPO of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, will give another master class on fire protection.

In their presentations, experts will focus in detail on energy-efficient solutions in heat supply systems from centralized sources. They will provide an overview of solutions for modern building heating systems and the specifics of their design and commissioning. They will talk about natural and mechanical ventilation, central and autonomous air conditioning systems.
