A webinar on facilities in areas with difficult natural and man-made conditions will be held on April 19.

On April 19, at 12:00 Moscow time, 100+ TechnoBuild and the Central Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction of Russia will hold a webinar "Certification, digital twins, monitoring of the condition and safety of facilities in areas with difficult natural and man-made conditions."

The moderator is Vladimir Guryev, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, scientific director of the international project on a unified monitoring system for integrated urban planning safety of facilities and territories, awarded the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation for 2022.

Speakers:

  •          Rustam Akbiev, Ph.D., Head of the Department of Integrated Urban Planning Security of the FSBI "TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia", Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian SEISMO Association. The topic is "Certification, monitoring of the condition and safety of facilities. Problems, achievements, prospects";
  •          Gennady Nigmetov, Ph.D., Leading Researcher at the Russian Emergencies Ministry's VNIIGOCHS, member of the Russian Committee for Seismic Safety and Disaster Risk Reduction (ROSSCOM). The topic is "Certification using methods of dynamic and geophysical tests (EMERCOM of Russia)";
  •          Alexey Kolesnikov, Technical Director of LIRA Soft LLC, Deputy General Director of the Eurasian SEISMO Association. The topic is "The experience of verifying digital models with real objects. Calculations, tests, monitoring".

In particular, participants will share research results and forecasts for the integrated digital development of urban planning, the construction industry, and housing and communal services, which take into account the challenges of protecting the population from emergencies for the sustainable development of urbanized areas. In addition, the results of the implementation of an International project on the formation of a unified system for monitoring the condition and safety of facilities in territories with the development of natural and man-made hazards (RF, EAEU, CIS) will be presented.
