On the third day of the 100+ Forum Russia, the number of registrations reached 10,695

The business program included 26 thematic sessions. Among them, three meetings were held by specialists of JSC SIC Stroitelstvo, two sessions on fire safety of the Research Institute of Industrial Safety, two sessions of the Central Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, two sessions of the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region.

The meeting "Masterplan of the cities of the future" aroused great interest among the participants and guests of the forum. It was conducted by Mikhail Vyatkin, a member of the Board of the Sverdlovsk branch of the Union of Architects of Russia. International and Russian experts made presentations at the session: Federico Parolotto, Senior Partner of Mobility in Chain, Hiroki Matsuura, CEO of MADMA urbanism+landscape, Diru Tadani, Vice President of ISOCARP, Anna-Sofia Ehrenfried, representatives of CityThinking by EDDEA, Timur Bogdanenko and Jose Maria de Cardenas Dominguez-Adams.

The meeting on "Modern residential and public spaces" was attended by representatives of architectural bureaus and leading construction and development companies in Yekaterinburg. The meeting was moderated by Vyacheslav Trapeznikov, President of the Ural Builders Association.

At the end of the forum, a panel discussion "The City of the Future: what it should be like" was held. The event was attended by Habidatum Design Director Eduard Hyman, Lissoni Casal Ribeiro representatives Miguel Casal Ribeiro and Joao Silva, designer, MVRDV business developer Elia Kozak, Head of Communications Department, Carlo Ratti Associati partner Daniele Belleri, CEO of UNK project Yuli Borisov. The panel discussion was moderated by HPBS Director Ilya Zavaleev.

The speakers reviewed prototype projects of the future, shared information about the concept of a city that will predict itself, discussed imaginary languages using the example of the futuristic concept of the Language Museum in London, and talked about how to move to intelligent cities and build a futuristic network.

The final discussion once again confirmed the relevance of the topic of the 100+ Forum Russia — "The City of the Future".
