The construction of the multifunctional complex "OPERA Tower" in the center of Yekaterinburg is being carried out by Atomstroykomplex. On the eve of the forum, the company signed a memorandum of intent with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. The hotel will include 118 stylish rooms, two bars, a restaurant, a lounge on the terrace, several meeting rooms and a SPA.

The project provides for an apartment complex, a five-star hotel and an infrastructure part, including a club fitness center with a swimming pool, SPA and beauty salon, a shopping gallery, restaurants, a two-level exhibition space, class A offices, conference rooms, and a three-level underground parking. The interior was designed by Italian designer Mauro Lipparini.
