A workshop on the development and application of STU in construction will be held in Moscow.

Center of methodology of standardization and standardization in construction (JSC "CNS") – the leading competent research organization in the field of technical regulation, standardization and conformity assessment in construction, together with the Institute of Fundamental Education of the National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (IFO NRU MGSU), is conducting an educational and practical seminar on the topic "Methodology for the development, expert assessment and application of special technical conditions for the design of capital construction facilities."

The following issues will be discussed at the seminar:

1. Regulatory, legal, organizational, and methodological foundations for the development, expert evaluation, and application of STU.
2. Modern requirements for the composition, content and design of STU.
3. The procedure for justifying the need to develop a STU.
4. Formation and justification of the list of measures compensating for deviations from the current regulatory technical documents.
5. The best practices of STU development.
6. The most common errors in the development of STU.
7. Issues of determining and optimizing costs, the procedure for financing development and expert scientific and technical support when approving the STU in accordance with the established procedure.
8. Established practice, specific problems that arise during the development and approval of CTS, as well as ways to solve them.

We invite all interested specialists of construction organizations and associations to participate.

The seminar will be held on April 14, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the building of the Institute of Fundamental Education National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (IFO NRU MGSU) at: 26 Yaroslavskoye Highway, Moscow. Registration starts at 10.00 a.m.

Pre-registration of participants is until April 13, 2016.
